  • Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email with all the instructions necessary to continue!

  • Each memory animal requires either 1-2 adult shirts or 6-8 baby items.

  • You can send onesies, sleepers, blankets, sweatshirts, and/or t-shirts! (All 3 months or larger please!)

  • Cotton, polyester, and fleece are ideal!

    Please don’t send:

    • anything with large holes

    • silk, satin, leather, swim wear, thick jackets, or denim

  • Yes, I will send you the layout before I start sewing!

  • Yes, I will return unused items and/or scraps (must specify) with your memory keepsake!

  • You can use USPS or FedEx. The address is provided via email after checkout.

  • You will receive an email shortly after you place your order which outlines where you need to mail your items to and the next steps.

  • Yes, the customer is responsible for the postage of mailing the items. If you are local, drop off is an option!

  • Yes, all items are required to be clean before I receive them.

  • As each item is custom-made, I do not offer refunds once work has started. However, if there are any issues with your memory keepsake, I will work with you to get the issue resolved!

  • It may take up to 8 weeks from the date I receive the order.
